Richard and Carl will formerly open Ketofest Down Under in the main hall at the National Press Club of Australia, not to mention open the “All Day Bacon Bar” where the Press Club will be cooking “sugar-free” bacon, and coffee.
9:00 – 12:30 Science Brecky
We are going to hear presentations on the Science of low carbohydrate living from researchers in the field.

The 2 Keto Dudes are going to do a cooking demo.
Richard is cooking Salmon with fish bacon and a Fennel salad.
Carl will be showing you how to make Truffle ice cream with caramel sauce.
1:15 – 2:00 Lunch
The kitchen brigade at the award willing National Press Club of Australia will then serve that same meal the dudes just showed you how to cook, but elevated to a fine dining standard. Served with local wines from Bunnamagoo Estate. Plus we have an open bar including Gin drinks from Canberra Gin Distillery.
The main course will be Salmon with fish-skin “Bacon”, wasabi mayonnaise, and a Fennel and blueberry salad.
Desert is a truffle ice cream (sweetened with Allulose), a duck fat caramel sauce.
Served with local wines and Gin drinks from Canberra Gin Distillery.
The truffles for the ice cream are local from “The Truffle Farm“.
1:30 – 3:00 Movie
While we enjoy our cocktails we’ll watch a Movie on the subject of Low Carbohydrate Healthy Fat diets.
3:00 – 4:00 Q&A Workshop
We’ll have a workshop on the subject of low carbohydrate living, with open audience participation including a Q&A.
4:00 – 5:00 Live podcast recording
Carl and Richard will close the event with the recording of a live podcast on the stage at the main hall of the National Press Club.
